I like the convenience of a good restaurant and bar on the premises. The waitress/bar tender was friendly and attentive to customers. One of the two check in people was extremely helpful.

My room was decent and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice; I didn’t get in the pool because it was chilly. my only recommendation would be for management to have maintenance get in the rooms and clean the air conditioner filters; I would periodically get an aroma of a dusty burn smell coming from the ac, when the ac would kick on. (room 317) I turned it off because it was late and wasn’t going to take the time to have to call someone when I needed to be up early. my allergies were kicked up a notch in that room and I assume it was because of the ac filter. well I’m pretty certain of it lol

The bed and pillows where very comfy. Room and Hotel clean. A great breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

The location was great. Just close enough to the City center where we had access to the highway and downtown attractions such as the Rock and roll Hall of Fame, Aquarium etc. The hotel was also just far enough away to where we were in a comfortable suburb (ie Westlake), which was quiet and peaceful. Very nice location to get back to, after a night out in downtown Cleveland. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. what a really nice Safari like setting - very quiet and not crowded.

Staff was great and accommodating. I got dou le booked by accident by priceline and they fixed the problem right way.

Location is perfect for going to Cleveland or going to other attractions in the area, The front desk was courteous and accommodating.

The rooms were nice sized and very clean. The bathrooms were also very nice. Meal service was limited but surprisingly good.
